1. Why Multi-Region Matters

For enterprise customers with global deployments, regional outages can have cascading effects on user experience and business operations. Multi-region failover ensures that your AI-powered features remain available even when an entire cloud region goes offline.

2. How It Works

Our multi-region failover system automatically detects regional degradation and routes traffic to the nearest healthy region. Request state is synchronized across regions in near real-time, ensuring consistent behavior during failover events. The system supports configurable failover policies based on latency, cost, and compliance requirements.

Configuration Options

Enterprise customers can configure their failover preferences through our dashboard or API. Options include primary and secondary region selection, latency thresholds for automatic failover, and data residency constraints for compliance-sensitive workloads.

3. Getting Started

Multi-region failover is available now for all Enterprise plan customers. Contact your account manager to enable this feature, or visit our documentation for API-based configuration. Standard plan customers can upgrade to Enterprise to access this and other advanced reliability features.
